Who Are We ?
Formed in 1996, the New York Puja Association is tax exempt non-profit organization.
New York Puja Association (NYPA) has created a successful platform where cultural events are organized to bring joy and happiness to our Bengali Community – thousand miles away from home.
Celebration of Durga Puja is our main event, and we celebrate this with joy, style and class. We also celebrate Dipawali, Luxmi and Sarawsati Pujas. Puja is associated with cultural entertainment – creating an emotional connection with our far away home.
We are one of the earliest Asian Indian Socio-Cultural Organizations initiated in New York State. We earnestly endeavor to preserve the heritage and culture of India and Bengal.
